15.01.2022 Throughout the last few months, Simply Amazing Biscotti and @boatshedmarket have worked hard consulting the market, perfecting new recipes and undertaking COVID safety training. Today we are thrilled to let you know that we’re back together again. From 11.00-1.00 we’ll be set up (in a slightly different form) at the amazing @boatshedmarket - not only will we have some of our biscotti for you to reacquaint yourselves with but we’ll also be introducing you to our brand new Artisan range of simply delicious biscuits. 15.01.2022 This year has certainly been one of ups and downs in the Simply Amazing family. There was a time when, like many small businesses, we weren’t sure we’d survive. With the support of our stockists and staff though, we pulled through those darkest of times and have been able to continue our much loved Simply Amazing business. Not only have we been able to continue but we’ve been able to grow. Recently we introduced our new range of Artisan Biscuits and today we’re thrilled to introduce the newest product to our range - our Simply Amazing Relish. 09.01.2022 We’re so thrilled to have a brand new stockist in the south west of the state. Riversmith are about to re-open after renovations and an upgrade of the centre of town. This wonderful cafe and gift shop is an essential stop if you’re down south and we’re starting our collaboration by having our range of Christmas biscuits in this great space. The lovely Kelsea has them front and centre so you can’t miss them

09.01.2022 2020 has been a tough year for many local businesses. Sadly, some didn’t survive and some that have are still struggling. We would all love it if you would ‘do your bit’ and support your local small businesses this Christmas. Simply Amazing Biscotti began in a small kitchen. Sallyanne had a vision and bravely approached some local businesses to stock her 3 flavours of biscotti. Two and a half years down the track, there are half a dozen chefs and assistants churning out many ...flavours of the biscotti, a range of artisan biscuits and some delicious relishes. Added to that there is a yummy range of Christmas biscuits. This is a home grown small business that was hit hard this year. But we came through. We pulled up our proverbial socks and just got on with it. It hasn’t been easy and the universe has thrown all sorts of obstacles in our way. We’ve climbed over those obstacles and kept going. The support of all our stockists and customers has been amazing and much appreciated and we would love to see many more shoppers this Christmas buying from their small local businesses. Let’s keep them all going.
