11.01.2022 Researchers looking at the effectiveness of prenatal yoga on delivery outcomes have undertaken a meta-analysis, which, "identified that yoga improved vaginal de...livery, decreased premature delivery and birth weight of newborns, shorten the labor duration." They concluded that, "Prenatal yoga is an effective complementary medicine to improve delivery outcomes and not to increase the risk of fetus, which is worth recommending to pregnant women." They noted that the studies involved in this meta-analysis were not all of high quality.
