01.01.2022 Great first day today although a little quieter than I was expecting below are some pics of some of the new summer menu items. No photo yet but the frozen yog...hurt scoops are such a hit!!!! We also catered for 40 for an event at the school this afternoon to do with the Low Carbon School Program. Thank you to Garry Evans for inviting me to do this Here are pics of the foods we offered: Pear Harvest Cake Mini apple and berry muffins Lemon Syrup Cake A vegetable platter Green olive tepenade Hummus Seeded crackers Mixed mini sushi A fruit platter and Our sausage rolls The feedback was fantastic! Thank you to Maree Harrison and Michelle Timms who helped a huge amount for this event. All 3 of us had children involved today so it was great to support them
