25.01.2022 A retro style dish shared with reunited old friends, lots of fun, thank you ladies. -Crispy skin barramundi with a freekah dukkah, chaat potatoes, roasted carrot in a fennel & coconut broth - yummo.

21.01.2022 A little inspiration from lasts nights dinner for a late lunch - spinach and zucchini fritters with edamame and avocado mash, pickled beetroot, charred sumac baby cauliflower and chilli and tomato salsa. A vegan special reckon it would have been even more perfect with a poached egg and crumbed feta. Xx
