15.01.2022 These are unique times and we understand that many people are concerned about ongoing reliable access to meat products. Koallah Farm is continuing to operate as usual and is busy filling orders and processing people's private animals. What you need to know;... As a fully integrated, paddock to plate operation we have access to beef, lamb and pork for processing and sale to you. We have brought forward our next delivery to Friday March 27th and will deliver fortnightly for the foreseeable future. Orders will cut off at 6am on Tuesday mornings prior to that week's delivery. Our commitment to whole carcass consumption means things like bacon and ham aren't always available, as we sell these cuts as fresh pork more often than not.
