04.05.2022 Hi, I’m Narelle. As an organisational& wellness coach I know the importance of staying healthy both mentally & physically. As a mum of two children, one who was diagnosed with autism I’ve come to understand the importance of REST and making sure my cup is full to be able to continue to hold space for my son and the rest of my family. I’ve practiced yoga for over 20 years. I started to practice Yin & Nidra Yoga more restorative forms of yoga three years ago for its restful ben...efits and to heal my mind and body after living in constant stress mode. I completed my teacher training in Yin & Nidra yoga. I’ve been sharing my knowledge and passion of REST and Yin & Nidra in online and face to face classes in Geelong. When I'm not helping working women feel more organised so that they can prioritise rest I love nothing more than a good book, cooking, listening to a podcast because I love learning, camping with friends, hiking huge mountains (without kids) and sunny days on a local beach. Do you share any of my loves? Indie Lane

23.01.2022 A little exercise to reflect on the ups and downs of 2020 is to write down: What have you achieved this year? Both in your personal life and work. What are the lessons learned? Break it up into work, family-life & health... What would you like to stop doing? What are you going to start doing? Take the time to think about why you’ve selected what you have, and what the intention is behind your reflections. For more tips to help you review and celebrate 2020 read my latest blog http://simplyhappy.com.au/2020-year-in-review/

03.01.2022 Farewell 2020! It’s definitely the year we’ll all clearly remember in years to come. One thing I’ve taken away from 2020 is how important connection is. I’m sure 2021 is going to throw us all some more unpredictable curve balls. ... In 2021 I want to feel more CONNECTED to myself, family, friends, clients and Mother Earth. Do you have a word to guide how you feel in 2021?
