25.01.2022 Walking in the mountains you may think is a breeze especially if you attend gym sessions/swim 3 times a week - or i did until faced with the type of terrain which takes more than a pair of regular walking shoes to prove that this is a whole new culture and a really serious pair of boots was in order!

21.01.2022 MelbournCup Day was one of great friends and superb Food - exactly the right combination. We have been meeting for so many years - always wearing a hat, sometimes with prize for the best and most of the group request that favourite foods are a mandatory requirement - I am allowed to get away with something different every year (maybe they didnt like mine ?!) - anyway here we are gathered together as they say......

20.01.2022 Just decided to reacqaint myself with (ballroom) dancing have not done since i dare not say when --- and found it opens a whole new world! Whilst the halls in which classes held are a little cold we all warm up as we swing around the room and some of us are reprimanded for over zealous approach - who cares though ! What with gym and swim - in one day - today - i will have run the gamut with dancing added :)
