22.01.2022 What do you on your Sunday? Get ready for the week to come with Self- Nourishment is my sacred healing routine. The opportunity to shift the energy towards the state of balance of body mind spirit. The time to be grounded so I can be ready to expand the powerful space authentically and creatively.... When I have time, I'll make a date with one of my loving girlfriend to go to practice at #inyoga together so I can feel nourished while deepen my knowledge in the practice and gain some new inspiration for teaching. Afterwards, we would go for a wholesome breakfast then girly and spiritual catch up. That is one of my perfect Sunday Self- Love routine for me. To reconnect with myself in mindful, positive ways and tap into the power community. This year, I'll would love to invest my attention into learning further about leadership, breath for healthy nervous system and sound. On Friday, I went for voice and singing coaching. Yesterday, I attended Toastmaster. It has been great learning and lots of fun! To expand myself and refine my skills in different ways. I spend most of time coaching and encouraging others to connect with the path towards health, well- being, I too need to be on the receiving end and continuing acquiring knowledge and new ideas. To feel the support from my teachers and then share that with people I care is precious and empowering. Thank you Rod for wonderful grounding and humble practice. Yoga meditation and Buddhist loving kindness when practice regularly helps to bring out these key ingredients out naturally. ... I find if I lack of time and haven't meditated as consistently as I could have, the ability for self-regulation, motivation for self-carw routine and self- awareness fade away. I experience the ups and downs of the emotions quicker. My mood swings, my stress level goes up higher. In the opposite, when practice mediation yoga first thing in morning as routine consistently -- my mind body is in calm state longer, the emotions don't swing as much, I have higher capacity to tolerate stress and I have much more self- awareness and self-regulate system.
