Please let me know which days you are interested so I can keep you updated!! You don't have to play tennis to do Cardio . . it is for all abilities, families included!!

12.01.2022 Whilst we are now able to go back to group sessions, I will need you the parents to confirm yes or no for your current spots as sadly, I have had to cancel my Thurs and Fri afternoons to commit to my family and these cancellations will need to fill on my other coaching days. 11.01.2022 Great news - Hawkesbury City Council has advised as of next week, SST can go back to group coaching 1 coach to 4 students.. at this stage, no go ahead for Cardio... Coach Din and myself will be in contact..

08.01.2022 Breaking News Re Cardio Tennis: Hawkesbury City Council has confirmed that I can have up to 10 players per court, plus 1 coach - Cardio will start next week. Monday 6pm - 7pm and Wed 6pm - 7pm ... I will send my weekly texts to my interested parties... first in first served!! (Love the Pun!!)
