25.01.2022 Ohhhh the excitement continues to build. This week we have been installing our new flooring, rubber in the exercise area and a lovely floating floor through the reception area and it is coming up a treat. A huge thank you must go out to Sign Up Signs Australia I think you'll all agree they have done an amazing job with our window signs

Thankfully, more people are having the conversation about mental health, but more still needs to be done to raise awareness about the importance of looking after your mental health. 17.01.2022 It has been a very busy long weekend at Simply Stronger's new studio. We have a new 'Harry Potter' cupboard! All our lights have been installed!... We have finished painting our bathroom, reception area and treatment room and have even started laying the flooring! We can't wait to show you all around as soon as we are open, not long now!!!

With this new MUCH bigger space we will have so much more availability for appointments including more availability for small groups. We are so excited to watch this space grow and develop with all our amazing clients. Can't wait to see you all there really soon!!!
