23.01.2022 The quickest breakfast dish ever....leftover roast lamb, kidney beans, fermented turmeric cauliflower, fresh coriander and parsley with beetroot salad dressing and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Meal prep saves me so much time and ensures that I have yummy nutrient packed foods at hand for school lunches and meals on days when I have a loaded diary at work. #freshsalad #breakfast #fermentedfoods



12.01.2022 Rise and shine! Nothing better than to wake the family with these fresh beauties.... Free range mince, cauliflower and pumpkin that I got on Sunday from @mulgravefarmersmarket coconut milk, spices and rice vermicelli all on top of cos lettuce sprinkled with the hot stuff, sesame, fresh thai basil and coriander. 12.01.2022 What an amazing start to the day- got out of bed this morning at 6.30 to head to the beach. Our first swim in the sea in more than 12 months I think...... how I missed it. 09.01.2022 Chill out food....the family was surprised to this after lunch today.... The easiest treat ever. Saute plums in a tiny bit of butter and its own juices, lemon zest, two chopped plump medjool dates and naked crystalised ginger, vanilla paste and salt. Serve with roasted almond, pecans and hazelnuts and a big dollop of cream mixed with raw honey, vanilla paste and salt. I used only 1 teaspoon of honey for 300ml of cream. 07.01.2022 Getting back to basics today. Salad! A big platter of scrumptious aussie prawns on a bed of rocket, crunchy pickled cucumbers, granny smith apples, avocado and dressing. Sprinkled nigella seeds, sesame and pickled ginger on top. Do I call my sleepy family or dig in.... ?
