24.01.2022 Total bliss. This holiday has been a long time coming. Thanks to @downundercruiseanddive for the best experience ever today. . Driving to cairns took us 3 days/20 hours total time from The #goldcoast and it was the BEST idea ever. . It feels really good to support local businesses by taking our holidays in our own state. So so many are struggling right now. And Australia has so many gems to see. I hope our presence supports those businesses even a little. Are you going to s...ee your own state this holidays? . 17.01.2022 My new little office space in my bedroom! I just needed to have a clean, fresh space where I could THINK! The bulk of my other stuff will be stored elsewhere. This is for vital stuff only. . My new bedroom is my sanctuary. Amazing place to study while the kids schooling literally takes over every other space of the house. . 11.01.2022 So blissed out. Nearly 2 weeks of holidays will do that to you! But after my super strict #candidadiet I’ve eaten all the things on my break. Which is ok. Don’t get me wrong. But I don’t feel great. Inflamed, painful joints/muscles, tired, puffy. So. I’m jumping in to a #whole30 . You see, at the ripe age of 37 I know I don’t do all that well with no rules/intuitive eating/ whatever you want to call it. I always feel better when there’s some guidelines/structure in place. .... I’d love some buddies along for the ride! Whole 30 focuses on whole, nutritious foods with a #paleo emphasis. No counting calories, weighing etc. just loads of low inflammatory, healthy foods.
