Pick up some gluten free Simply Wize Puff Pastry and your favourite vegan sausages from your local supermarket to create these little gems! We used @beansupremefood vegan sausages. Allow 15 minutes to defrost the puff pastry sheets... Roll out the pastry sheets so they are about 1/2 as thin Cut the dough into triangles Wrap around the vegan sausage Eggwash Place in oven at 200 degrees until golden Simple, easy and delicious.
