25.01.2022 First learnt to solder in about 1973 almost 1/2 a century ago and still life goes gotcha . So it appears to be a way to keep it in place during the manufacturing process. bastards

22.01.2022 Now your local wish pickup even on a Sunday

20.01.2022 about time, the EU have already tried to pull the reins in on Google. Fines and penalties don't have any effect on a monopoly of this size. "This has led to a reduction in the quality of search results, as well as higher costs to advertisers. " We have told you all time and time again. "Don't do ANYTHING Google".... Bing is microsoft search and they aren't tracking your personal info, also, DuckDuckGo have been our preferred search engine for years. They are a total proxy for your searches which hides you from all the tracking going on https://duckduckgo.com/ See more

19.01.2022 With so many people communicating remotely it seems we need to have an account for all the different meeting apps. Microsoft have come up with a solution. It is called 'Meet Now' and you don't have to create an account to use it. in Windows10 (If you are up to date) you may notice a new icon on the Taskbar, I have circled it here in yellow. All easy peasy simple and straightforward, just the thing for staying in touch with friends and family. ... https://support.skype.com//what-is-meet-now-and-how-do-i-u See more

18.01.2022 This is Formula 1 racing in the computer world. "The growing interest in AI, machine learning, IoT, and big data has surged the demand for high-performance computing (HPC)." and still we suffer with slow Broadband

17.01.2022 "MacBook Pro owners might want to delay installing Big Sur for a few weeks to give Apple a chance to investigate." Of course you all realize it isn't going to get any better. The more complex the machine the more chaos, so we better learn to live with it. Don't worry about covid lockdowns, start to worry about technology failures, no shopping no banking and no internet for days on end is the biggest fear

10.01.2022 Again we need to remind everybody to be cautious with email attachments. PAY ATTENTION look carefully at the email, the from address, spelling mistakes and links to websites you don't know. TIP Hover your mouse pointer over a link in an email and the actual target address "The Jupyter installer is disguised in a zipped file, often using Microsoft Word icons and file names that look like they need to be urgently opened" https://www.zdnet.com//jupyter-trojan-newly-discovered-tr/

07.01.2022 NEVER Install any programs from a link, also look closely bigmarker.com is WHO? Always be sus. We don't care if you think you have nothing to hide, but we do give a damn about helping you PROTECT the most important thing in this modern online world; YOUR IDENTITY.

04.01.2022 OMG like all collectible stuff it's almost more about the packaging

04.01.2022 "... It's unclear why almost a quarter of those who fall victim to ransomware attacks don't plan to make any changes to their cybersecurity plans" The best defense against ANY type of data loss is a Proper Backup Routine. Basically you want 2 copies of ALL your stuff, You want them offline, which means not connected to anything, as simple as 2 thumb drives or 2 USB Hard drives.... You plug it in to do the backup , essentially just make a copy, then unplug it and put it away. Next time use the other drive and keep rotating. We see quite a few of these, especially considering how small Woy Woy is. Stay Safe
