25.01.2022 A BIG, HEARTFELT, HAPPY 2021 TO YOU GORGEOUS FOLKS I realize I’m a bit belated with my declaration, but I wanted to make sure I was super intentional with this post. This year is all about finding the balance between DO-ing and BE-ing for me. Because when we’re only leaning on one side of the scale, life tends to feel either overwhelming or stagnant, and likely unfulfilling.... Manifestation is a magical tool we all have access to! But what I’ve been learning through teachers and successors around, is that it won’t be satisfying if you’re always trying to control and force things to happen. And on the opposing side, success and satisfaction likely won’t arise by just sitting around waiting. We need to put the work in AND meditate on it. It always comes back to the yang AND the yin - satisfaction guaranteed. What are your intentions this year? I’d love to hear in the comments below! *Remember, the more we put it out there, the more our subconscious minds believe it’s already happening and we automatically start to act on it*

18.01.2022 Going with the flow ~

07.01.2022 Book review: January edition I think it takes one being really open to the power of our minds to fully embrace the words in this book. I have heard enough stories, and experienced enough of this magic tool myself to know the power of our minds is not given enough credit. Every single physical symptom that I have been fighting against as of lately relate to deep seeded FEAR, according to Louise. All of them! By doing the exercises along the way, I have started to decipher th...e parts of my past that have created these fears, and acknowledge all the untrue stories I tell myself on a regular basis. I’ve chosen to flip these hindering beliefs and create affirmations to start the process of recreating my stories. If you’re one who’s ready for a new perspective on what may be causing your chronic back pain, your acne, your alopecia, your migraines, your amenorrhea, your OVERALL wellness, definitely take the leap and have a read through these pages. I don’t believe it’s the be all end all when it comes to symptoms, as they’re often a product of a plethora of things, but everything is energy. And I do believe energy flows in a positive or negative way depending on, not just our circumstances, but the way we feel about them. It's our responsibilities to own our responses and our reactions to the *thing - *to the negative employee at work, to the unhealthy food, to the alcohol, to the workout, to the coffee, to the traffic, to the to-do list, to the medicine* - any and all can be health-promoting or disease-promoting depending on your impressions. You’re the driver of this life. Read that again.

02.01.2022 MOTIVATION: a driving force behind our actions (that we often believe holds all the power in success). It’s impossible for me to count how many times I’ve used the phrase I just don’t feel motivated as a way of excusing myself from following through with something, or I have so much motivation as if my goal action was dependent on it. But let me blow your mind the way mine has been blown diving deeper into personal development... Like many things in this world, motivation is a man-made concept. It’s been programmed into our minds to be experienced or not experienced as it is. But feeling motivated is REALLY just you living in alignment with your values at a given moment. So if you’re choosing to over indulge in greasy food and booze instead of intentionally consuming whole foods and water, then in that moment you value the freedom to eat and drink whatever you want more than your health goals. Neither option is wrong or right, but if we want to CONSCIOUSLY make a different decision than we usually make, we need to start owning our choices rather than giving power to a *learned idea*. This isn’t an easy task, and takes a lot of deep work in figuring out the reason you actually want to achieve a certain goal. But maybe in the process you can start to figure out what you really DO value the most, and why that might be. If you don’t like that you value health-hindering vs. health-promoting practices, then I encourage you to start writing down your why’s for your desire to thrive. Because until you have a strong reason behind choosing wellness, you’ll likely fall back into old patterns. This is just one, simple example I’ve given you. But we all have self-sabotaging habits that sometimes our subconscious minds unfortunately hold higher value to in many different parts of our lives. So to wrap this up, I say: lose the blame, find the why, and let’s work to take our damn power back!
