25.01.2022 Some heartening news coming out of April's National Property Sales Data. Despite the doom and gloom, property prices haven't slumped and in fact seen a slight increase in April. That coupled with higher sales transactions towards the end of the month should give sellers the confidence to list their properties and make the most of the increased buyer activity that I for one have been experiencing since the beginning of April. What does this mean for buyers?... 1. Well, hopefully more stock to choose from once sellers feel this confidence in property prices and start putting their homes on the market. 2.The opportunity to snag a "bargain" may well be over but interest rates are at all time lows and prices may only go up from here so now's a good time to buy. On the first hand, posting about our first date night in what seemed like forever seemed like a no brainer but once we got to experience the little wine bar wed been wanting to try out for ages, I felt like I wanted to keep the secret all to myself!!! 23.01.2022 Very positive news for WA's property market. From where I stand, if buyer confidence continues, sellers will follow by listing their properties if not, we will run out of stock!
