11.01.2022 As most of you know, due to the effects Covid-19 had on our beautiful families, with heavy hearts, we had to announce our closure for Term 2. It's not all sad news though! We are now currently taking enrollments again for Term 3 (beginning 13/07), and are absolutely JUMPING with excitement to finally share our latest news with you all tomorrow!!!!!!... 11.01.2022 Update 23/03 CONCERT CANCELED We are sad to say that due to the new restrictions, both concerts on March the 28th have been cancelled. Those who have paid the performance fee will be reimbursed.... Unless further restrictions are advised by the government, in-person lessons will continue as per normal. On the upside, we have some exciting new options for our students: 1. Online lessons are NOW available via Zoom or Skype for those who wish to quarantine or are required to self isolate. There will be a Facebook post later tonight outlining the amazing experience we can offer via Zoom. 2. Sing Smart Studios Facebook Community (private group) will be launched in Term 2 to provide a platform for our singers and teachers to connect and share ideas, recordings & performances with each other. 3. Recording opportunities will become available in Term 2. THANK YOU for all your support!

05.01.2022 Welcoming Belindi to the team!!! . . We are excited to finally announce that our dear friend Mrs. Belindi Joubert has joined the team and will be teaching singing and PIANO LESSONS at Sing Smart Studios!... Belindi is an accomplished pianist and singer and has been performing for many years. Growing up she successfully completed Grade 8 piano, Grade 6 Music Theory, Grade 6 Classical Vocal (ABRSM), and has only since furthered her musicianship being involved in a band. Belindi has also worked as an Occupational Therapist and has a special passion for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and physical disabilities. We are so lucky to have her as a part of our team! 05.01.2022 I don't usually share personal photos here, but this one was too special to keep to ourselves. I'm so glad we captured this moment! We met Mark Gaudry (the singer in this photo) 5 years ago when he signed up for singing lessons. Little did we know he would be such a blessing and support to our little family! He has been there for us in those good times as well as the more challenging times, always being the first to offer encouragement and a helping hand. ... Children seem to have a way of knowing who Mamma and Papa really trust. It was so sweet to see our little boy stop in his 'tracks' to watch Mark as he sang. We are very grateful for all you are, Mark!

02.01.2022 UPDATE 25/03 Hi Sing Smart Studios family, Due to further restrictions as handed down by the Prime Minister last night we're moving to online lessons for ALL students from COB tonight. This format will continue until we are advised otherwise. This is a regrettable decision as we love seeing you all in person each week, however we're finding the online platform has provided some great benefits to our students so far. ... We prefer to use ZOOM as it offers some helpful features for audio settings, however Skype is also available. Thank you to everyone who has offered us kind words of support and encouragement over the past month as we all navigate and adjust to this evolving situation. Your positivity and willingness to adapt at such short notice is greatly appreciated. We'll be walking each of you through the easy setup process.
