21.01.2022 What have been some surprising benefits of online Music lessons? Having classes online have assisted children’s confidence and musical connection of families. Piano’s and instruments have been rediscovered. Kids have been relaxed at home, fully engaged and not distracted. With travel time and distance no longer a problem, online lessons are a win win for all busy families.... I have created a You Tube Channel of my uplifting, heart centred songs. 15.01.2022 One of the key learnings from mental health professionals is, pay attention to the little things kids say. Adults often brush of comments and can fail to see signs of anxiety and mental stress. As a parent or carer, it is simple as getting a mental health care plan and researching health care providers in your area. A chain of recommendation is always best. You are not to blame! Your child may need some extra support, counselling or testing to determine what is the deeper cause of behaviours. You can’t fix something when you don’t know what is wrong. Emotional support and professional help are key to heathy and happy families during challenging times.

15.01.2022 Have your kids seen Trolls World Tour yet? Until recently I had not seen the first Trolls Movie, as my kids presumed it was for a younger audience and I never got around to it. I am so happy we have made time to watch these great family flicks. Both movies focus on the power of your own voice and singing your own song. What an awesome theme, right!... Both movies highlight the magical power your voice has in growing self belief and inspiring others especially when it looks like all hope is lost. All it takes is some courage to sing your own song to light you up, to light up a dark situation and boom, you have lit a spark in someone else. Trolls World Tour builds in a partly historical/political view of the evolution of Western Music. Amazing J.T funky feels with some funny characters and dance moves. A fun/feel good event for the young at heart. Children who have heightened sensitivity really love her and enjoy her cuddles as an extra bonus. ...
