23.01.2022 Please support "The Fred Hollows Foundation" for restoring sight to the unfortunate ones. 80% of the people who are blind don't need to be, and there are still people who are losing their sight and their chance to escape poverty. This year, 2020, The Fred Hollows Foundation fund outreach clinics in the poorest and most remote parts of Vietnam. There are no eye surgeons there, and very few places people can have their eyes tested. There are ethnic communities where Vietnamese... isn't spoken, so The Foundation has to find other ways to let parents know their children don't have to go blind. The Fred Hollows Foundation always get my supports. Please help. Any bit of donations will definitely help. I am donating my next eat-out lunch to the Foundation I strongly believe that poverty, isolation and disadvantage shouldn't be the reasons for someone to be blind. Especially not a child.

12.01.2022 SINO Kitchen will OPEN from this Thursday (29/10/20) for dine-in (and of course take-away and contactless home delivery services), but subjected to the following Government imposed requirements: You should not enter our premise if you are unwell. Maximum number of patrons at any time is 20 (also subjected to 4 sq.m per person and 1.5m apart between the tables)... Seating limit is 6 persons per table. Customers require to provide their first name and contact phone number to assist the Health Department with contact tracing if required. This information will be retained for this purpose for 28 days. SINO Kitchen reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any customer in breach of the directions of the Chief Health Officer. In addition: we will provide disposable plastic forks and spoons, and bamboo chopsticks upon request; we will clean and sanitise all menu, tables and chairs thoroughly after uses; we will provide hand sanitisers (+70% v/v alcohol) for you to use; distance of minimum 1.5m between occupied tables; we request one person at a time using the washroom (no queuing up outside the washrooms); we ask you to minimise your "stay time" at the restaurant after finishing your meal to minimise your exposure time. Thank-you for your understanding and cooperation.
