22.01.2022 Good morning, afternoon or evening humans! There are so many new faces who have recently joined our epic community! I’m so bloody excited to get to know you all & to share all the things that light me the f*ck up! Pull up a chair, bring your Cacao, wine (it’s 5pm somewhere ) or favourite drink (both are mine) & lets have a chat. Hey I’m Siobhan Lou, a former sports coach, traveller and spontaneous human who went through a series of betrayals, anxiety and a serious lack of ...boundaries. I discovered Breathwork in Bali and it completely changed my fucking life. It showed me how to stand up for myself in relationships, speak my truth; it stopped my panic attacks after my very first session and gave me clear boundaries I needed to practice. I had one realisation after one class that I needed to share this work with every single human I could reach. So here I am! If you hadn’t guessed it yet I’m a true patriotic Scottish gal, I missed the country air so much that I decided to move out of the city life to country Victoria. And we’re obsessed. I believe breathwork will change your life. I believe spirituality doesn’t have to be, look or feel a certain way. I believe I’m here to show you that. I’m obsessed with my two beagles, Abbey & Archie I love a large glass of red wine I love live music in a pub And I’m my most ME when surrounded by horses. I want to be here for the people who want to go deeply inward to discover who they are through the power of their breath. And if that’s not you, then that’s ok too. So tell me, what’s one thing you believe in and one thing you’re utterly obsessed with? #humanswhobreathe

20.01.2022 Do you ever watch a movie more than once and every-time you take something new away from it? Me and Tom watched Forrest Gump over the weekend and we’ve both been pondering on it a lot. I wanted to share what stood out for me as I still ponder this epic movie: 1. How Forrest’s love for Jenny was totally unconditional; no matter how Jenny lived or changed her life, he still adored her. No matter what she said, acted or threw at him, his love didn’t budge. ... - I asked myself where - in my life - my love could be more like Forrest’s. 2. That Forrest was like the soul in all of us; whereas Jenny and Lieutenant Dan were like the mind and body. Wee rebels that tend to reject the soul. - Is your soul your soul mate? 3. That Forrest’s slow way of life is an absolute blessing - Meditation, flow and surrender. - What areas in your life can you slow down? If you’re looking for a movie tonight, go watch it. Watch it from a different perspective and ponder on the questions above, I’d love to know your answers . #humanswhobreathe

19.01.2022 I’ve never been so inspired by humans since coming into this work. I know that for myself and for them to get the most out of this journey they have to go through an internal process. A process of being able to trust their breath, their body and wisdom so they can surrender fully to the breathwork healing journey. And most importantly to trust me with holding a safe space for them to do this in. The medicine - YOUR breath - has your best interest; it’s goal is to heal you. I...t’s spiritual surgery: you’ll come out feeling like a new & improved YOU! I’m excited to hold space for you online this week: Tuesday 6pm & Saturday 10am. Our February Warragul event is sold out & Mornington 01/03 is filling up fast! Link in bio to breathwork. What would allow you to drop in deeper for your next breathwork journey? Tell me below #humanswhobreathe

13.01.2022 EPISODE FIFTEEN IS LIVE!! With my most requested guest my incredible partner in life @tom.ahern We wanted to dive deep into conversations about relationship therapy - how we disagree on a lot in our relationship - & our value systems. I based this show on conversations I have with my breathwork clients and the growth we’ve gone through so far as a couple. With a f*ck tonne more to go . I’d love to hear your thoughts & feedback about this conversation and how you navigat...e your relationship, as a couple or even any relationship in your life. The Siobhan Lou is available on all podcast platforms and to watch on YouTube! I’d LOVE to know your thoughts, feedback and any nuggets of wisdom you’ve heard from any of the shows. Thanks so much for listening, Siobhan Lou x #humanswhobreathe

12.01.2022 If only they could see what I see : Humans step into the cosy space unsure, vulnerable, yet willing to look inside at what they may have carried for decades. I witness break-throughs from their tears & laughter. Cries of self love & compassion and the hurt their younger self may still be holding onto. I witness hysterical laughter at the changes & realisations they are witnessing in themselves. ... I witness the energy, the vibe and the room change. I witness people take the route home, back to themselves through their own breath. The conscious breathing produces a small amount on DMT! I hear & discuss the most amazing visions and journeys that took place. I consider myself the luckiest person ever that I get to watch incredible transformations before my eyes & hear about journeys that only people who do Breathwork Meditation Healing can fathom. I can not wait to see & hear what will unfold in your next Breathwork experience. What’s been your favourite breathwork realisation/s? Siobhan Lou #humanswhobreathe
