25.01.2022 Never too old to play, I found a clay pit near the ocean yesterday and spent a couple of hours covering myself in pure grey clay, sooo good for the skin. A few odd looks by passers by, I must have looked like a cave man but the child in me was oblivious to anything but "MUD"!. Washed off in the sea and even had time to make a bowl, good quality clay no cracks. I'm going to set it in a fire tonight and see how it turns out. Definitely be back for more muddy fun soon

21.01.2022 Just completed my Hypnotherapy Certification. Anxiety, Stress, Unproductive habits, Smoking, Overweight can be a thing of the past.

20.01.2022 Update: I have been exploring a few different techniques, hence the silence on my Energy Works page. I ventured into NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Timeline Therapy for a few months and am now certified in both. My experience in developing this aspect of myself took me on a different journey than expected. Life's funny in that way. It seems to call me out and send me on a learning experience. And I go "OK let's do this". So I learn, learn, learn and get so much smarte...r.... and then struggle with the same old things. "HUH? WTF!" I say to myself. Then it dawns on me... My struggles are your struggles and your struggles are my struggles. We don't need to reach a certain standard to support each other. We just need to understand each others struggles and listen. So I'm sort of vulnerably happy to say I've been struggling a bit lately but I'm back on track now thanks to my beautiful, partner, family and friends who understand and love me. And to all of you who struggle like me in your own personal way. Thanks for what you learn in your struggle because I know it will help someone else one day. Thanks for your strength, your patience and most of all for your understanding. See more

15.01.2022 I have had the blessed opportunity to meet with some extraordinary human beings. These individuals have opened my heart and made me so thankful for the connection we have one to another. Helping people find a connection to themselves and seeing their own potential gives me great joy. I love having my hands in the soil or in the ocean, mother nature is my greatest teacher. She has taught me that we need each other as much as we need her. Air, Water and food, without the mother...'s gifts of life we would not exist, likewise without each other we would not exist. It is you who gives me existence by believing in me and I do the same for you. I hope to inspire some conversation around connection to earth and each other. Id love to hear some heartfelt stories, ideas or independent thinking. I plan to touch base every day from now on, I've been too quiet and we need to talk about things that matter. A group may be needed but I'll start here for now, look forward to hearing from you. I had this thought this morning. "If we hide feelings away, we will act out and cause the opposite of what we need" BUT " If we are able to talk about our feelings in love and safety this will bring insight and understanding to all" I had this thought after talking to my beautiful soul mate who holds me gently every day and because of this I am able to grow, much love my dear. 12.01.2022 Balancing. I was reminded today of how fantastic life can be for me. I was also reminded of days not so great. Without perspective from good and not so good days, my life would be boring. Take every opportunity to live, love and be present to the beauty around us and within us. My smile is your smile, my tear is your tear and most importantly of all my earth is your earth. Let us celebrate and be grateful for what we have every day. I am grateful for the ocean the sun and the stones., What are you grateful for today??

11.01.2022 Just blown away at how mother nature can cocoon steal. After about 3 hours of careful chiseling and a bit of grinding, amazing result.

10.01.2022 Treasure from the sea, two hours of chiseling and grinding. Amazing result, its like the ocean cocooned these chain links and now back in the atmosphere its butterflied into gold, green and silver.

10.01.2022 Hey Everyone, I've decided to do a free treatment for the first person to message me at the Energy Works page. I have a space between 12 and 1pm tomorrow, lets call it free Friday. 05.01.2022 Spent an amazing day with my amazing Lady. How often do we take the time to enjoy the things we used to love as kids. I dug in the sand for buried treasure and found a 1963 penny, some old dog tags and rusty metal odds and bobs. Vitamin D pumping into my body from the glorious sunshine. Chemicals released by my brain to calm me and give me focus at the same time. Serotonin created through being present to the beauty around me. No wonder children are so happy and carefree. Simple pleasures. I'm going to stay young with my beautiful girlfriend who collects sticks and stones in her playtime. Together our youth is a very real and present energy. If you see us you won't know how old we are. You'll only notice how young we behave.
