23.01.2022 Q and A ? Are you saying you are a health cafe' ? Jose K. No. But Jose, we are a "healthier " option. Wherever possible we source the best suppliers, natural ingredients, avoiding preservatives and additives. We refuse to use suppliers whom fill their products with toxins, chemical ingredients to ensure shelf life, and so forth. ... There are many fads out there, .. how do I know you are not just one? Julie K Simple... Ask our staff... Inquire as to what we offer and why we offer selected items. We are NOT Starbucks, not do we aim to be. Our produce is all Australian based, with tested and reputable suppliers, we refuse to supple even coffee beans that come from child labour via multinationals. Even though our coffee has won award after award here in Australia :) What then is your mission... where do you stand out apart from providing a better cafe selection ? Jonathan P Great question... Answer, we are a small group of Australian families trying to make a difference. In some ways, they appear small, like the responsible sourcing of our tuna, our free range eggs, our RSPCA approved methodology with meats, refusal to stock items, that may be financially beneficial, are detrimental to the health of our customer, by giving back to the community via local schools, reward programs, supporting the homeless, and being an equal opportunity employer. The unique thing about us Maria , as we promised in mid 2015, is that we will continue to change / add / delete from our menu, depending on YOU. Our demand will determine our offerings. To do this, in 2016, we will embark on a new initiative whereby , your surveys and comments will move us accordingly. My wife has told me about Sipped. Is this a new program ? Salim H Yes. it will be introduced in early 2016 as a reward program with a difference. Initially, it will entail your usual loyalty benefits, but by mid 2016, your benefits will benefit many others.
