25.01.2022 Eventually the waters will calm. We will remember how this situation made us feel. But like every major disaster/economic crash/ pandemic we will go on and prosper. I know a lot of people are anxious about the times ahead with so much uncertainty. Keep strong. Stay positive.... Nobody is alone in this. No singular work place. No gender. No age bracket. When this calms down and the government steps up aswell@as our communities we will grow and prosper as we always have. Even now we live on the greatest time for a human to be alive we love like kings of 19th century. This is our city. This is our community. 24.01.2022 Hey legends, Just letting you know tonight the weekends workouts will be up and live. As of Monday we will have a larger program including tutorials on our exercises. We wont be doing zoom sessions as I feel like this will take away from your training watching a screen rather then training with intent.... We will however open up the option for 1 on 1 PT session (30mins) if needed. For members therell be an email link on sundays email to book in your weekly checkin which will be via FaceTime. Shoulder Taps 8 min AMRAP 5 push ups 10 squats These are some nasty little AMRAPs that done properly and purposefully should leave you feeling a bit tender tomorrow. Form/solid lockouts and smooth consistency trying to get through a whole round of the first two AMRAPs unbroken before you shake it out and go again. Have 30 seconds between rounds if you need so you dont have to stop during the round. Otherwise push your body along and test your fitness Simple effective sweat

Having dumbells of all things right now especially a pair makes you lucky so take advantage of this showing yourself who you can be.
