25.01.2022 Our honey... so pure, so raw, so queenslander! We love this honey. It changes a little bit throughout the year depending on where the bees have been spending their time and which flowers were in bloom, but it's always delicious.

A fresh batch of sausage rolls was made yesterday so the warmer is full of sausage rolls and pulled pork pies. 18.01.2022 Last week I bought a Nanopresso with the Barista kit to try. I fell in love, instantly! So I just ordered another 40 for our customers that have to stay home and make their own coffee. Look at the colour of that shot. The video has no filters, just a bautiful natural early morning light. Ps: Manu doesn't drink coffee when we go camping, but he tries to every time #responsibleparenting can't blame him, he's been around coffee since he was a baby.

14.01.2022 If you've been to Port Douglas, there's a big chance you've been to Salsa. Probably one of the most recommended resturants in the area. Their food is incredible and the cocktail selection is impressive. The cocktails were that good we didn't take a picture of the first two. Very original combinations and not one, but three espresso martini options, all made with Sipping Duck coffee.

10.01.2022 Yes, we like to spoil kids (and parents) with our sensational babyccinos. We don't make them it tiny little espresso cups, and it's not just some leftover warm milk. We froth the milk specially for them and add sprinkles, chocolate and marshmallows! There is no runny milk in our babyccinos, it's all fluffy froth that resembles a cloud of happiness....
