Which is great for those of us below the equator who love gin and want to enjoy a tipple during winter. 01.01.2022 Did you know that today isnt only the first day of Spring, its also National Wattle Day. What better way to celebrate then with our Acacia Espresso Martini! The wattleseed adds a nutty and chocolate flavour, with undertones of sweet spice.... Try it yourself: ~ 15ml Vodka ~ 30ml Kahlua ~ 30ml wattleseed simple syrup ~ 30ml wattleseed espresso (or substitute with wattleseed extract). Toss all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into glass and garnish with ground wattle seed or three coffee beans.
