18.01.2022 | R e c t i f i c a t i o n W o r k s | Siscon has recently been engaged to act as Project Manager for major rectification works by the Body Corporate and Owners Committee of a large apartment complex in Ascot Vale. Unfortunately when the building was converted from a factory warehouse to apartments / townhouses 15 years ago, they lacked sufficient waterproofing in the common areas and balconies. This overtime, has eroded with water ingress and is now needing urgent attent...ion to resolve and make safe. Stay tuned for progress works as we get underway soon...
