Your bodies may be feeling a little sore as the the fatigue and muscle soreness starts to take effect. Dont let this be your excuse to stop coming to the gym! A couple of things here... Keep moving, this will help with recovery even if its just an easy walk on the treadmill or a stretch session Nutrition plays a big part in both preparation and recovery. Make sure you are eatin...g nutritious foods to fuel your workout and be mindful of what you eat after your workout to refuel. This is key to helping you recover quickly, build muscle & get you ready for your next workout Consistency is where results live, and good habits and routines are made! Hold yourself accountable and dont give up! Book in for your group fitness classes! Set reminders in your phone for the times your favourite class opens up for booking!
