13.01.2022 Let the renovations begins. Half of our sacred room sanded and painted from a horrible black to a nice cool gray. SUPER excited to see the finished project. New furniture, curtains, new towels, massage table, massage chair, plants, soy candles, inspirations books, natural oils, lotions and a area to unwind, relax in our rooms full of great calming energy. I will definitely keep you updated with my progression

01.01.2022 Hey guys. I'll give you a little insight on myself. Im a Qualified massage therapist since 2011 studying the Diploma of Remedial Massage. I do a range of treatments including Advanced deep tissue, Relaxation, Chinese acupressure, Crossfibre mobilisation, Reflexology, Lymphatic drainage & Shiatsu. I've also been in the fitness industry for 12 years. I have a high level of understanding of the muscular system and the benefits of Remedial massage when it comes to recovery fr...om training, a pre existing injury or just your general health and well-being.
