I walked in not knowing what to really expect as this class is the first of its kind to be held for Muslim mothers. Alhamdulilah I enjoyed every single hour and learned so many things that I had wished I attended such a class before having my firstborn. Alhamdulilah the class was worth every cent and the hours I sacrificed away from my toddler. The session was informative & empowering. Definitely worth your investment & time. The Sakinah birth class was very informative there was so much information that I didn't know about like what hormones our bodies release in Labour, how to prepare ourselves for the best birth possible. Knowledge is the key to everything. Highly recommend! Alhumdulilah Sakinah Birth Class was very beneficial. It has boardened my knowledge and changed my perspective. It also reflected back to our deen and ways we can maximise our deeds and reliance on Allah SWT. Knowledge is empowerment. The knowledge shared has definitely made my mind focused and ready for birth and changed my mentality to a strong and positive one. I'm excited to give birth now!
