10.01.2022 The new permit for cross border residents are now available. You can apply online for one for work or education (SITE programs). We spoke to Services NSW, NDIS Commission and NSW Health and they all agreed that Day Programs for people with disabilities would meet this criteria. https://disasterassistance.service.nsw.gov.au/b/borderCheck
