21.01.2022 Our phones are back on and working. We have had to learn almost as much about VoIP phones as we already know about body treatments to make it happen.

20.01.2022 We've had a few calls from clients who weren't aware that we are currently closed due to lockdown measures. Sorry we aren't available to help during this stressful time. A lot of you are now working from home, and no doubt many people won't have an ergonomic set up at home and most will likely be making do with the dining table or worse.... If you are having to work like this, please try not to sit right back into the dining chair. It will cause you to hunch over. Sit on the edge of the seat so your back and shoulders remain straight. For those who are using laptops, consider getting a separate keyboard and positioning the screen further away and at eye level so that you aren't hunched over it or having to tilt your head forward - both of which will cause issues for your neck and shoulders. And please try to remember to get up and stretch your neck, shoulders and back periodically. Stay safe everyone! 19.01.2022 We would never have thought sanitisers and disinfectants would be a topic we would be posting on social media, but these have certainly been interesting times to say the least. We have elected not to post inane photos of us smiling and posing with cleaning products. Suffice to say, we have put a great deal of thought and care into selecting products that actually offer protection going forward, not just mopping up possible messes that may already be there. ... Out of the 35 TGA tested and approved disinfectants that can deactivate Covid-19, we have bought and trialled 4. Most of them can only mop up a mess you already have. We have chosen a product that has the additional benefit of offering active protection going forward. We have also purchased our own fogger to permeate every nook and cranny on our premises and we are effectively deep cleaning every week with a product that offers up to 30 days of active protection. These products work in three ways. 1. They adhere to all manner of surfaces; 2. They are electrostatically charged to actively draw in the germs, bacteria and covid; and, 3. They swiftly deactivate them. Our therapists are also wearing hand sanitiser that is effective for up to 24 hours. We are so impressed with these products that we have stocked a small quantity in store which you are welcome to check out on your next visit.
