25.01.2022 Dear clients, As of Thursday 26th March, i have decided to suspend my service offerings, in-order to do my part in stopping the spread of Covid-19. If you have any appointments booked with me, i ask for you to please not cancel these. I will be in touch at the start of each week with those clients with appointments. By keeping you booked in, it doesn’t mean that i will be looking after you, it just gives me a reminder of whom to contact when all this blows over and allows me... to prioritize these appointments. Although i am unable to offer you any services at this stage, i am offering a delivery service for any retail product you may need. Providing of course i have it in stock or can get it from my supplier. As discussed with some of you at past appointments, i have been working on a re-brand and i am hopefully going to use this time wisely to proceed with this. I ask you, to please not colour your own roots at home, as there may be some surprise competitions along the way and i’d hate for you to miss out on these. I’d like to thank you for supporting me in the past. And i look forward to seeing you post covid. I hope that you and your families stay safe and i’ll see you on the flip side. 14.01.2022 First, I’d like to thank you all for your support during this trying time. Two weeks ago, i needed to take a step back to wrap my head around the current situation and take time to decide how i wanted to move forward. Like you all, I have been keeping myself well updated with the current restrictions. At this point in time, hairdressers can continue to operate under the restrictions of the 1 person per 4 square metre rule. Keeping this in mind, i have decided to re-offer ser...vices. Limited of course to one client at a time or possibly 2, if they are from the same place of residence. I have introduced new cleaning measures during this time, allowing extra time between each appointment for a thorough clean. Hand sanitizer is available for use at the counter, but unfortunately magazines and drinks will not be offered during this time. Fresh capes and towels have always been used, so this is also a non-issue. I understand that not everyone will be OK with this, and I am happy to look after those clients when all the restrictions are fully lifted. If that’s what they prefer, but I am also happy to be adaptable and discuss a minimal contact appointment with you, if this is something that would make you feel more comfortable. This is a very difficult time for everyone. It’s hard to know how long it will last. But whilst we are under these restrictions, I will do my best to keep the salon a safe place for all of us. You can continue to feel beautiful while you stare at yourself during Zoom meetings, and I’d love to hear how that home schooling is working out for you. What’s keeping you sane through all of this? 06.01.2022 As you may have seen, on Tuesday the National Cabinet put in place a 30minute limit on hairdressing appointments due to COVID-19. This made the services i could offer pretty limited. And although a complete lockdown i believe is inevitable, at this stage i am not entitled to any of the payments given. Today is my Birthday. Like literally, and it is nice to wake up to see that the 30minute ban on appointments has been lifted. I have been operating 1 on 1 and increased clea...ning procedures between clients to keep us as safe as i can. Magazines and Beverages are also no longer on offer. And i am also happy to accept bank transfers for payment. I am prepared for a lockdown, but i also want to keep some level of normal during this crazy time. As long as i can anyway.

04.01.2022 COVID-19 Don’t worry you won’t see me in salon with this gear on. Rest assured that If i am sick or feeling alittle bit off, i will let you know prior to your appointment. But in return, i’d appreciate the same from you. If you are sick or feeling unwell, have travelled in past 14 days or been around someone who may have the virus, your appointment will need to be rescheduled for a later date. The salon has hand sanitizer and toilet paper stocked for your visit, and i will do my best to make the salon a safe environment for us all.
