12.05.2022 : Our primary method of operation is through coaching and exercise. Why? Because ultimately, creating change requires taking ownership of your situation. Our initial consultation focuses directly on you. Whether your goal is to manage an injury, lose weight, build muscle or run a marathon. We’ll guide, teach and support you via ongoing coaching, either online or face-to-face.... Collaboration and shared decision-making is important to us, so together we’ll decide which factors will have the greatest impact on your training. We’ll develop a plan that allows you to progress towards your goals in a sustainable way that accommodates your lifestyle. Setting milestones to allow you to progress from point A to point B might be relatively simple, but it’s certainly not easy. Our primary goal is education & movement, as we believe it provides the best return on investment. There is also a place for more traditional treatments when needed. Manual therapy or hands-on treatment may be included as a way to manage symptoms or encourage recovery. Some methods we offer consist of soft tissue massage, assisted stretches, joint articulations, dry needling & cupping.
