24.01.2022 Six Seasons Group with support from Elbit Systems of Australia Pty Ltd have been busy these last few months delivering a number of drone educational programs in support of the Northern Territory Government - Territory Families department. We've engaged with over 75 individual participants across multiple programs and groups with our programs designed to promote employment pathways when using drones through fun and engaging activities. The smiles we see daily give us confiden...ce that the programs are working and being well received. #sixseasons #ntgovernment #drones #territoryfamilies #elbitsystemsofaustralia #trainingprograms
24.01.2022 We also caught up with Timmy Duggan during the week. Timmy is a former professional basketballer who founded Hoops 4 Health in Australia specialising in community engagement, youth and Indigenous facilitation, advocate for Indigenous health and currently engaged to work with youth and youth service providers in Darwin and remote parts of the Northern Territory. Fantastic workshop around intergenerational trauma and better connecting to the youth of today during the programs that many of us are delivering.

18.01.2022 AI accelerates adaptive co-management - some really interesting projects being supported by Microsoft allowing end users access to data to make better decisions on country. Douglas says; Microsoft AI is going to revolutionise the way that we do research and manage Northern Australia’s environments. It means that we can collect more data than we’ve ever been able to do in the past. We can access locations, and at times of year, that we couldn’t do previously. But it also means that we can collect that data much more safely than we were able to do. https://news.microsoft.com//science-indigenous-knowledge-a
15.01.2022 Our remote indigenous communities and ranger groups are at the front line to a range of Australian biosecurity risks. More funding and training through the use of technology will help prevent African Swine Fever and other risks reaching our trade markets. https://www.facebook.com/NTGovernment/videos/530126844200378/
14.01.2022 Get ready for some exciting news these coming weeks!!!!

08.01.2022 Fantastic part of our coastline that we must all look after.
05.01.2022 Recently Six Seasons provided familiarisation training for Land Development Corporation (LDC) for the operation of remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) being conducted within the Excluded Operators category. This enables organisations like LDC to collect valuable data and information on projects in a timely manner whilst ensuring compliance to legislation and further reducing risks within the workplace around drone operations. https://www.landdevcorp.com.au/news/2020/were-flying/
02.01.2022 Using drones and remote sensing technology will become more and more frequent on large pastoral properties in the future. Here you can see the benefits of a commercial of the shelf (COTS) solution for basic inspection work like fence line monitoring.
01.01.2022 Last week Six Seasons had the privilege of attending the 9th Aboriginal Economic Development Forum in Darwin to present to the wider Indigenous community the programs and technology we are delivering in Caring for Country. What a fantastic few days of networking with new friends and stronger business connections made. Thanks to our partners Elbit Systems of Australia for supporting.... And did I mention Johnathan Thurston was there!! #elbitsystemsofaustralia #AEDF9 # #sixseasons # #northernterritory
