The pork of the Crispy Pata was flavourful and falling apart Sizzling Fillo has a heap of other options but these were all we could have! (+ serious leftovers haha) Also, I swear, everything is better with garlic fried rice. Boodle feasts/fights were traditionally a military style of eating. Food was organised on top of banana leaves spread out across long tables where everyone ate together as a sign of camaraderie. Nowadays it’s commonly seen during Filipino gatherings and celebrations.
