22.01.2022 Well, we're cloaked in smoke again today so here's a few tips to stay safe: 1. Stay indoors where possible 2. Keep your relievers (Ventolin) close by or on your person, you never know when you might need it 3. Consider some form of air filter or particle mask - P2 masks are a cheap and worthy investment 4. Set any airconditioning you have to recycled air... 5. Look out for the more vulnerable people in our community such as elderly, people with lung conditions, pregnant women and children. 6.
