03.01.2022 Happy Earth Day!! We’re celebrating here in Mexico by starting our day watching sunrise, we just did a BEAUTIFUL yoga class grounding and surrendering to Mumma Earth, and now about to have a delicious and nourishing plantiful breakfast, get some sun by the ocean, then we’re meeting with some of the locals to help with a beach clean up! Then lunch, followed by. Permaculture tour and learning more about the land and food we’re eating. (P.S i’ve recently become so much more aware and conscious of not only the food I consume and what I put in to my body, but also what I put ON my body; clothing, haircare, skincare etc. And I can honestly say that I am honoured to be able to share this brand with you. It’s super hard for a brand to be sustainable, and so it really excites me that Biossance is making it a value and priority to do so
