21.01.2022 After a chilly start at Alpha post the Dubbo Stampede duty turned out well ... with some interesting characters participating.

21.01.2022 144 and Bobby are road tripping to Newy this weekend. We are half way there! A few hours to go.

21.01.2022 It was a bit dusty and dirty at A Day on the Green Orange. There isnt much green about, but it was a good night. Thank you to all of our dedicated volunteers who travelled across the state to help support the Orange and Orana Divisions in covering such a big event for the central west.

20.01.2022 Congratulations to our Cadet Liam who was recognised this evening for completing 100 duty hours!

19.01.2022 Orana Combined has joined forces today with Orange Division to cover the Blayney Show.

19.01.2022 St John was well represented at the Dubbo Regional Council Australia day awards. Hub Leader Central West Megan Hamblin won Citizen of the Year for Dubbo and Orana Combined Cadet Liam Miller won Young Citizen of the year for Wellington. Congratulations to Megan and Liam!

19.01.2022 Congratulations to our very own Helen Harris on her article in Dubbo's Daily Liberal! As it a "Subscriber Only" article, I have attached screen shots. It's a lovely heart warming read. Helen is a lovely humble person who loves helping others without wanting recognition and has given so much back to her community. It's only fitting that this article was written about Helen. Well done Helen!

19.01.2022 Our 3rd Zoom meeting tonight was with our Guest Speaker Megan Hamblin. Megan is the Hub Leader of the Central West for St John NSW and her local Division is ...St John Ambulance NSW - Orana Combined Division. She told us about what St John NSW does, some of the interesting events she has attended and the effects Covid-19 has had on St John NSW. Orana Combined was already well prepared to move to an online platform as they were already using Zoom for their weekly meetings due to the distance members live from their home base at Wellington. 05.01.2022 Orana Combined Division proudly marches for Anzac Day each year at Wellington. Due to services being cancelled this year our cadets decided to do something a bit different and held a virtual Anzac Day service during our weekly training night. Our members joined in via Zoom from Dubbo, Wellington, Mudgee, Newcastle and Sydney. We are so very proud of our cadets in taking the time to commemorate Anzac Day together.

04.01.2022 We are back! First duty in a while (Thanks Covid). Today we are at the Forbes Show jumping. Our fearless leader is socially distancing himself in 144 (we thought he snuck off for a nap...not quite used to the early starts anymore ).

We in fact take very good car of our vehicle and were not having a winge)
