Funds raised during Legacy Week help Legacy Australia continue to assist over 52,000 families Australia-wide, through the provision of essential services including counselling, special housing and medical, advocacy and social support. 13.01.2022 In light of White Ribbon Day today, students viewed a short film during PC raising awareness of domestic violence against women. The film addresses the issues still faced in society, featuring interviews from domestic and family violence service support workers in the Canberra community, and members of the JPC school community. The hope is that the film can start a conversation, and is a call to action to be mindful of attitudes and behaviour that contribute to a culture of disrespect. https://youtu.be/DabXB8NUq2s
