09.01.2022 CASUAL FUNCTION MANAGER WANTED - As we move towards a busier season and into a new stage for the business we are looking for a hospo veteran who can run dinners.../weddings etc with their eyes closed. We need skilled people at the core of our team and we're looking for someone that has an ability to solve problems before they become problems. We'd love to hear from anyone that has been doing this for 3 years or more. Especially if you have lost your job or think that you are going to lose it due to Covid-19. Or even if you are looking for some extra on the side. As with most hospitality jobs, this will be predominantly nights and weekends. Level 3 Food and Bev. Your techniques for working as the connector and communicator between FOH and Kitchen and how you have worked with Chefs to achieve success for both the business and the client.
