25.01.2022 Wally get's it...green waste in, clean energy out... Like many other parts of the world, now it's time for dry anerobic digestion to become a reality in Australia. #BEKON #dryad #bioenergy

25.01.2022 Lets compare apples with mangoes: Compared to your existing vibratory screen, a Two-Mass STM screen from General Kinematics Corporation offers: Significant power savings (less than half the power is required) increase in productivity: usually 20-40% improvement for same size screen... reduced structural stresses on the machine: up to five times less stress, therefore more reliability. longer lasting screen media. customisable to suit brownfield retrofits So, if you are interested in higher revenue, lower cost of ownership and improved reliability, there are many more advantages with two-mass vibration. We are available to provide a tailored presentation to your team and application. Simple. Mangoes are better. Give SKALA a call to find out more... +61 2 4905 0650

19.01.2022 Volume Reduction: Recently we did some trials with a local waste management company to demonstrate and quantify the benefits of shredding residual C&D waste, using an Eggersmann GmbH Z55 Shredder. Key benefits included: Greater than 35% reduction in overall waste volume, meaning less void space at landfill and a third less trucking/transport costs... 65% reduction in loading and unloading time by front end loader (three times quicker!) Shredded material compacts better Additional recovery of ferrous metals (tons of ferrous) Increased potential further processing for RDF, fuels. Shredded material enables greater ability to process and recycling mechanically (screen/density separation, sensor sort, etc.) See more

05.01.2022 Don't take up half your building with a giant windsifter... maximize throughput with a GK DE-STONER Density Separator. The DE-STONER can separate up to 5 fractions in one simple, compact machine. Learn more here: http://ow.ly/isCz50A4pmf

05.01.2022 Contract : SKALA has been selected to design & supply innovative General Kinematics Corporation Two-Mass STM vibratory screen to Western Australian miner. The project will replace an existing 'brute-force' screen that is commonly used in the industry with a new GK Two-mass unit. The GK solution will offer the following key advantages when compared to the traditional 'brute-force' screening equipment: greater capacity for same footprint improved screening efficiency... significant reduction in power consumption reduced structural loadings on the building enhanced and longer lasting screen media wear life GK screens can be provided as bespoke machines to minimise costly retrofit expense and time delays. They are also available as a standard range of units, ready to go.
