24.01.2022 An enjoyable sundowners hosted by Kortes Resort. Kelly Harris finally received his Presidential chain. A long time coming due to COVID-19 restrictions.

21.01.2022 A very big congratulations to Peter Morrison on being elected the World President for SKAL. You would struggle to find a nicer person than Peter. Peter is a great ambassador for New Zealand and SKAL and has a wealth of tourism/hospitality experience. We are sure you will do a brilliant job Peter. Please come and pay us a visit in Central Queensland one day - we will roll out the red carpet!

19.01.2022 Cruising the beautiful Fitzroy River on the Fitzroy II. It was a lovely way to spend a Friday evening with fellow Skalleagues. A huge thank you to Craig and his wonderful son from River Cruises CQ. It really was an amazing experience. The night was finished off with a delicious dinner at the Malaysia House. Can’t wait for the next Skal International Capricornia event.

09.01.2022 Wonderful day on Great Keppel Island yesterday for our lazy long lunch, thanks to everyone that attended. Special mention to the Capricorn Caves team for their attendance, Vice President Kelly Harris presented the team with a beautiful framed photo of late Skalleague Ann Augusteyn, given to Skal Capricornia at the last National AGM

07.01.2022 A great night was had at the opening of the Capricornia Food & Wine Festival held on Thursday 24th September.

06.01.2022 Our Skal Capricornia Christmas lunch held at the beautiful Ferns Hideaway Resort Byfield. We had a delicious lunch and listened to great music by Marto. Everyone had a fabulous time. A huge thank you to Paul for the fun bus ride and supplying the delicious oysters and for Tristan for taking on the driving duties. Merry Christmas and a very happy New Year!

01.01.2022 Our first event since Covid-19 restrictions eased. We had our Christmas in July luncheon at Koorana Crocodile Farm. It was a fun and interesting day.
