25.01.2022 With temperatures set to soar over the next couple of days, we all need to take extra care of ourselves and others...especially when it comes to being active ...If you plan on exercising make sure you take appropriate steps to do this safely: Stay hydrated Rest in a shaded area Wear a hat and light, loose fitting clothing Use appropriate sunscreen and cool down with a spray bottle when you’re outside Avoid the hottest part of the day (usually between 11am - 3pm) Reduce the amount of time you exercise for Stop exercising if you start to feel unwell For more information you can refer to the SA Sports Medicine Association hot weather guidelines https://bit.ly/3qcZj7Y

They were custom made at what was once the Gawler Rollerdrome, where I was a frequent visitor. Happy just to hand them on for free if someone would appreciate them. The shoe size is an 8.5 mens (I think)
