24.01.2022 After some questionable decisions I made as young adult I'd more or less sworn off drinking Rum. Thanks to the studying for my Certificate in Distillation I figured it was probably worth a revisit. Glad to report that this one is a cracker. It has a depth of flavour that reminds me of creaming soda with darker caramel notes. Perfect served neat or topped up with Ginger Beer for a Dark n Stormy. Cheers Stu #rum #beenleighrum

Trains have always been an interest of mine and one that Ive passed on to my son, Toby.
