14.01.2022 Today I was called out for a problem with lights tripping the safety switch and what I discovered to be at fault was behind the EXIT light fitting an active termites nest. Very important to keep all timber laying around the property dry and not in contact with the ground (earth). Dont give termites a reason to access your house or business timber walls and roof space through poor housekeeping because you will pay the price to repair the damage caused.
