Motivation - Training in a group environment is a great way to maximise results. Not only do you receive encouragement and motivation from your coaches but also from a group of like-minded people who will encourage you to push harder and keep going ... 2. Accountability - When training on your own, it is much easier to skip a workout because its too dark, too cold or quite simply you cant be bothered. We can guarantee that you wont receive a phone call from your current gym to see where you were or why you skipped a session. When training in a group environment it is not as easy to bail on the group like it is to bail on yourself. Your coach and the group hold you accountable, and accountability is a major factor that keeps you showing up. Showing up week after week is what gets you results. 3. Routine - By scheduling your training sessions at the start of every week you are creating a routine for yourself. 04.01.2022 How much do you really want to achieve your goals? Do you ever ask yourself on a scale of 1-10, how important your goal is? If your goal is only a 6 or 7 out of 10 then the chances are that you may not really be that bothered if you achieve it or not. ... If your goal is 10 out of 10 important, that means you will do whatever it takes to reach your goal. It might be something as simple as cutting something out of your diet like ice-cream, but if you are fully and totally committed, it will e easier for you to make that change. How committed are you on a 1-10 scale?

Lets also take the example of 50 paracetamol, I dare say in every case this would be incredibly harmful. But the paracetamol hasn't changed in any way? Just the amount? In which case it makes no sense using this exmaple to conclude that paracetamol is 'BAD' for you? Now, Lets use ANY food as an example? From a battered Mars bar to a handful of grapes. There are no such things as good and bad foods really. Only good and bad AMOUNTS. You could have a battered Mars bar 1x per month as long as you live, And have absolutely no negative health consequences whatsoever throughout life? 3x a day however... Not so good. Food is just food, it is what it is. Its not bad or good, Just eat and drink it within a reasonable range? Really is that simple. No more 'good' vs 'bad' statements from please.
