There are lots of jobs available in Aged Care and Disability Support. Skills Generation has a dual qualification to help prepare you to apply for these jobs. FSK20119 Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways and CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or (Disability) The FSK is being delivered by TESOL qualified English Language specialists. It is designed to help you improve your workplace English language skills as well as your employability skills. This course will prepare you for success in the Ageing or Disability Certificate III course. The CHC33015 has a mandatory 120hours work placement, so this is your chance to get some experience in the workplace to show your host organisation your skills and knowledge. The FSK course is face to face, 2 days per week for 14 weeks 9:00 to 3:00 The CHC course is face to face, two days per week for 13 weeks 9:00 to 3:00 plus 120 hours placement Start Date: 8 March 2021 You could be eligible for funding if you are: an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident (including humanitarian entrants), or a temporary resident with an eligible visa subclass 15 years old or over live in Queensland not at school If you aren’t eligible for funding, we have payment plans in place to help you manage your budget.
