22.01.2022 A full @biologiserum facial with the beautiful @lucybiologi For this treatment we worked on calming inflammation. I used the Biologi Refresh Cleanser under the steamer to deeply clean her pores. I then infused the BQK serums. The pure active ingredients in these products help to fight free radical damage, improves inflammation disorders, hydrate and protect the cells, and help to create an even skin tone. I used a particular technique whilst infusing to drain toxins from the skin, as well as cooled the skin post infusion to help with any inflammation. I finished the treatment with the Biologi lip serum

20.01.2022 Did you know that when your skin is dehydrated your fine lines become more obvious. Drinking lots of water is great but, it isn’t enough to hydrate your skin as this is the last area of the body the gets the nutrients. Applying a b3, or b5 serum and then locking it in with an oil or moisturiser is best

Committing to their routine, to their skin therapist, to the dermatologist, to themselves. Getting results is hard work and is far from glamorous. But my god, it’s worth it. These results have taken 10 months to get!!! My client trusted me and the process, she listened to EVERY recommendation I had for her and she did it. This is not a job for me, this is my passion. 16.01.2022 Liquid Gold- for me, this stuff is literal liquid gold. I’ve been using this product from @alphahskincare for around a month now and have truely noticed results with my congestion and helping to control it. This is a concentrated tonic that can be used every second night to help with refining the skin, chemically exfoliating, and for me helping with my hormonal breakouts. Although this product is amazing for me, and I have already recommended it to numerous people. It can deh...ydrate the skin if used too much, or used on a skin type that is dry, or inflamed. When using this in my routine I make sure I increase my hydration that is applied to my skin ( a hydrating serum morning & night ) as well as an extra nourishing moisturiser. I also only use it every third night, and pay attention to how my skin is feeling. If it feels dehydrated or tight I skip using it until it until my skin is more hydrated to avoid causing inflammation, barrier impairment, or dry patches. Always listen to your skin. And after all of that I ended up feeling self conscious about how my own skin looked in the video. BUT f$!@k it. Just because I’m a skin therapist doesn’t mean I can’t struggle with my own skin sometimes. And I’m here you show you that even if you have access to every topical treatment, or skin care ranges your skin still sometimes doesn’t cooperate. Sometimes you just have a shit skin day, week, month, or year. And it’s okay.

04.01.2022 SELF LOVE what are your favourite things to do that make you feel you again ? For me, it’s doing my skincare or getting a facial. I also love spritzing my pillow with a linen spray that has lavender in it before I go to sleep. There is also a new video on my YouTube channel. 01.01.2022 I tried the Balancing and Pore refining mask by @alphahskincare and I love it It has a great active ingredients list and really helps when my skin is randomly breaking out. I would recommend this mask for oily to combo skin and congestion prone. I have also used it as a little spot treatment mask on areas that needed some extra attention. I don’t recommend this mask for a dry skin, or for someone who doesn’t struggle with congestion. All in all I love this mask

01.01.2022 PRODUCT RECOMMENDATION: I’ve recently started trying out the balancing cleanser from @alphahskincare and am confidant those of you who use a cream or milk cleanser ( or even those who are stuck on the gel cleansers but really need to be on a cream ) will love this. It’s a beautiful basic, no irritating cleanser that.... doesn’t leave your skin feeling waxy and not clean I find it very hard to find a cream cleanser that doesn’t make my skin feel waxy so I was so happy when this one didn’t.
