03.01.2022 Excuse me while I have a proud moment I’ve finally had a minute to reflect on the craziness of opening our doors after almost 3 months of closures and what a mental 2 weeks it’s been! Between Olivia & I, we’ve had 126 beauties in the last 10 days who have trusted us with their faces To say I’m proud would be a HUGE understatement! 02.01.2022 The top photo (not my work) is an old tattoo which has faded and left behind a pink stain. This is common in inks that are high in iron-oxides and react with the skins chemistry. To mask the old tattoo, we can do one of two things; 1. Tattoo removal & start fresh or.. 2. Colour correct the pink & shade over the old tattoo. Keep in mind, sometimes old inks act as a barrier and stops any new ink absorption. This means that the finished product can look patchy and will highly likely need extra touch ups, which will cause extra trauma to the skin. At Skin Artistry, we only use high quality pigments which are hypoallergenic & vegan friendly that DON’T leave an ugly stain behind- instead fade away naturally to nothing ;) @purebeauaustralia @sydneycollegehairandbeauty #skinartistrybyaman
