14.01.2022 It’s been a busy few weeks so now it’s time to get back to my skin maintenance. Skin care is like exercise, you can’t just do it once and hope to see a result. It’s about consistency, sometimes perseverance and a little bit of patience. Along the road, you’ll probably get set backs. Or times where it’s ‘just not doing anything’. That’s when you might need to change things up a little. I use a serum until it’s finished, then switch to another. I just finished my @skinbydna Cor...rective Serum that I use at night time so I’m going to start using my Hyaluronic B Serum at night and I’ll switch to using our Brightening C serum in the day time. I alternate between masks. Today I did the Balancing Mask to help clear a few little breakouts and help with oil control and as you might have seen a few posts ago sometimes I ‘multi-mask’ where I use the two masks in different areas on my face. Everyone’s skin is different and it’s a matter of just finding what works for you. 11.01.2022 Why cleanse twice? Well we shampoo our hair twice (I do at least) because that first wash never makes it feel squeaky clean. With skin, you want to remove the first layer of your day but using a gel cleanser for both steps can sometimes be a little too stripping. Using a creamy cleanser will help breakdown anything on your skins from the day time and get it ready for your second cleanse to do it’s proper job. Also - I don’t cleanse in the morning, only at night time. In the morning I use a washer with warm water on it. Cleansing morning and night can also attribute to stripping the skin and sometimes premature aging. If you’re finding your skins is feeling a bit tight after using a gel cleanser twice then changing your first step to a cream cleanser like ours will help clean your skin without stripping it of it it’s natural oils.

07.01.2022 This lighweight serum contains Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, a vitamin C derivative with superior stability in formulations compared to straight ascorbic acid. This Vitamin C visibly evens the skin tone and shows superior improvement of appearance of skin. It is a strong anti-oxidant and may help to brighten the skin and reduce the signs of ageing.
